I am the sole owner and designer at Sparklesalot2 where I make handcrafted jewelry and accessories. I have been making jewelry for over 17 years! I first started out making seed and bugle bead earrings to match some Native American rings I had inherited. After 6 months of trial and error, I finally got one pair made, (after numerous attempts). I was a Certified Jewelry Instructor at Michaels for over 8 years, which complimented the other creative part of my life, being a teacher on cello/violin and a musician/cellist playing in up to four orchestras and small ensembles. My styles and skills slowly evolved and finally settled on what I call “Boho-bling” and “Boho-western”. One of my favorite pieces to make are beaded chain tassel necklaces, (side note, the first one I ever made was for a Jesse James Beads contest – where I was awarded the grand prize)! I like to build my necklace around pieces from JJB mixes and strands! I am very excited to be a brand ambassador for Jesse James Beads!
