Jem Hawkes is unboxing and creating with the December 2024 magical mystery bead box. This bead box from Jesse James Beads features bead sand components inspired by the work of Degas. For this project we will be using pieces from the Four Ballerinas on the Stage bead mix, a few stone beads from the Stone bead strand in the box, and some metal components from The Little Dancer. You will also need to have on hand some 18 gauge round wire.

These earrings feature an adorable wire-wrapped shape that looks like ballerina slippers! To make this shape you will need to have flush cutters for your wire, bent nose pliers, and round nose pliers. Jem walks us through the steps on how to form this shape using a few simple bends!

Thank you so much for joining us for another fabulous jewelry-making video tutorial. Stay tuned for more beading education. We release new tutorials every week!
