Learn how to create a simple pair of earrings using the beads and components in the June 2024 Magical Mystery Bead Box. This box is filled with oceanic-inspired beads inspired by the Beatles song: Octopus's Garden.

We will be adding some Headpins and ear wires from our stash to create these earrings. You can use 5mm to 6mm size jump rings to achieve the same look as what you see here. If you are newer to jewelry making, we recommend using a 6 mm-sized jump ring as these will be easier to work with for newer designers. We will also be using ear wires, you can use whatever style you prefer.

For tools, you will need your round nose pliers, chain nose pliers, and cutter tool. You will use your round and chain nose pliers to assist in opening and closing your jump rings. Remember to open and close your jump rings correctly in order to keep your jewelry connected and strong.

What You'll Need:

Beads Components  Tools
Octopus's Garden Magical Mystery Bead Box Head Pins Round Nose Pliers
Ear Wires Bent Nose Pliers
5mm or 6mm Jump Rings Cutting Tool
Chain Nose Pliers
