How-To Jewelry Tutorial: Desert Rose Earring Tutorial

Watch & Learn! Today we’re creating Tucson inspired earrings with the Desert Rose Two Tier Design Elements Bead Mix from Jesse James Beads and some wire from our friends over at Beadalon. Today's tutorial is going to be a little different, since Sara's tools are enjoying an extended vacation in Tucson, so we'll be using some more unconventional tools to create this pair of earrings.

What You'll Need:

Desert Rose Design Elements 
(Double materials for 2 earrings)
5 pieces 4 inch 22 gauge wire
12 inch piece 22 gauge wire
1 5 inch piece 18 gauge wire 
7 4mm jump rings
2 6mm jump rings
Ear wire
Flush cutter
Small bail making pliers 
Nylon Jaw Pliers 
Nylon Hammer 
Steel block
Artistic Wire Mandrels
Chain Nose Pliers 
Round Nose Pliers
