The pen itself is t the greatest quality and I had some trouble getting it to work but your customer service team was fantastic and they sent me a new pen, And, sent me step by step photos for how the pen goes together and operates - a huge Kudo to customer service. The pen comes with a lot of fun beads to play with, giving you options to switch out the look anytime you want to, which is fun!
