HOW IT WORKS

Look for "The Love Club" Tab. This should be located at the bottom right of your screen. Clicking on the tab opens the welcome popup. Anyone with a JesseJamesBeads.com account will be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program.

From your person Love Club Panel, you can see all info regarding you loyalty points and ways to earn. Once you sign in, your panel will look something like this:

HOW DO I EARN AND REDEEM POINTS?

Earning points is simple, for every dollar you spend you get 1 point (i.e. buying a 8.99 bead strand will reward you with 8 reward points). You can also earn points by liking our Facebook Page, Instagram, on your birthday, and more. Click on the pink "The Love Club" symbol on the bottom right of your screen to see a full list of ways to earn points in the "Earn Points" tab.

Redeeming points is now easier then ever, go to your rewards page via the pink "The Love Club" marker on your the bottom right of your screen and click "Get Rewards" to pick your reward or see how many more points you need to redeem certain rewards. CAN I EARN POINTS FOR REFERRING FRIENDS?

A. YES! Just contact us at hello@jessejamesbeads.com and we can check your loyalty program account to see if your points were rewarded for you!

2. Can I use my discount code with current JJB Sales?

A. Discount codes cannot be used with JJB sales, however if you've redeemed a gift card you can use the gift card towards other orders along with JJB sales.

3. Can I post my referral code on my blog/website/Facebook?

A. SURE! Post your friend referral code anywhere you'd like! It can be shared on any social media post or added to the description as a link to any video or review of JJB products.
