DIY Iris Apfel Inspired Necklace with Deb Floros

Today, Deb Floros is showing us how to create a bright and colorful necklace inspired by the Iris collection from Jesse James Beads. This collection is inspired by fashion legend Iris Apfel. This collection features bold colors and unique pieces. This collection inspires you to create jewelry as unique as you are.

For this project, we will be combining some of our beads with a thick link red chain and some 49-strand wire from Beadalon. You can also use 19 or 7-strand wire if you prefer for your necklace. We will be focuses on Reds and Blues for our tutorial, but you can mix and match your favorite colors to create your own unique color combination.

For tools, we recommend having on hand: wire cutters, round nose pliers, chain nose pliers, and crimping pliers.
