Today we are unleashing the beads with Jem and the gorgeously Fall Inspired "Into the Woods" bead mix. We will be learning how to make a wire-wrapped bangle bracelet using this autumnal-themed mix paired with copper wire. This bracelet is made up of several components, we will be learning how to measure to create the bangle base as well as wire-wrapping some beautiful spirals around our focal dangles.
The Into The Woods Bead Mix is a mega-sized bead mix packed with beads and charms. This mix contains faceted glass, ceramic beads, glass pearls, charms, acorn connectors, metal flowers, and more. This mix features a beautiful bronze and copper color scheme accenting with brighter golds and rich autumn shades such as purples and greens inspired by the twilight hours of a Fall Day.
Jem is adding in 18 gauge round wire to complete these cute drop charms and a closed wire bangle. You can use a medium or soft temper wire for this, keep in mind if you use a medium temper (Like a German-style wire) you will need to warm the wire in your hands, softening the wire to make it easier to work with. If you work with a medium temper, you can use your pliers to give the wire a light work hardening to ensure the wire keeps its shape.
