Jem Hawkes is showing us how to make an elegant pendant necklace using the Renaissance Rebirth collection from Jesse James Beads. We will be using a focal pendant from the collection as well as the Here Comes The Queen Bead Strand. This strand features rich reds that pair beautifully with the golds in our necklace. We will be working with some round 18 gauge wire. We will start with a short 3.5-inch cut to create our openable loops.

For the second part of our drop pendant, we will be using a second cut of 18 gauge round wire. For this second piece, we recommend using an 8-inch cut of wire.

For your tools, we recommend getting out your wire-cutting tools, Bent Nose Pliers, Round Nose Pliers, and a Stepped Bail Making Plier. We also recommend using the wood mandrel set from Beadalon.

The final piece shows a beautiful necklace with movement and bold color! Show us your creations in the JJB Secret Stash Facebook Group or post to your social media with #jessejamesbeads
