Come learn with Deb Floros as she shows us how to create a beautiful choker necklace using stunning, vintage, boho beads from Jesse James Beads. Mix and match your favorite boho beads and glass beads to create your own unique piece.
For this choker, we will be using an easy bead stringing technique. Deb will be showing us step by step how to use necklace memory wire to create our choker necklace. We will be using some 11/0 seed beads as spacers between our boho beads. We will also be using some faceted glass from our bead stash to space between our stunning boho focal beads. We will be creating loops in our memory wire to keep our beads from falling off our wire while we thread them through the wire.
Remember when working with memory wire to only use your memory wire cutters! Memory wire is a stronger wire that can lead to damaging regular wire-cutters. If you do not want to work with memory wire or want a more forgiving medium, you can also create this same necklace using bead stringing wire. Bead stringing wire would make for a more flowy necklace with more movement than the more rigid memory wire.
