Meredith Roddy is live! We're learning some beginner friendly seed bead stitches using 11/0 seed beads and Beadalon Wildfire! Meredith is a rock star teacher and we're very excited to learn from her today. Meredith will also be joining us a Jesse James Beads Beads & Blooms Spring event this year for 2024! Get a sneak peek at this year's project before we dive into our seed bead tutorial.
We will be working with 11/0 seed beads for these stitches, if you are new to seed beads, you can also use the larger 8/0 or 6/0 sizes. Meredith is unboxing 2 of our Seed Bead Starter Kits which include beading needles and a spool of Beadalon Wildfire. We will be learning more about our materials such as the Beadalon Beading Needles and Beadalon Wildfire as well as tips and tricks on how to use these materials. We will also be going over how to do a Peyote and Brick Stitch.
These stitches are great starter stitches for new seed beaders. Follow along with Meredith and try your hand at creating your own Seed Bead Jewelry piece.
