Welcome to the guide for your Beaded Plant Kit!
Below you will find all the information you need to create your own sparkly plant to display on your desk, shelf, or coffee table. We've designed this kit to be used as a display on a flat surface, but you can also add a magnet to the pot to turn it into a fridge or locker decoration.
Inside Your Kit:
- clay pot
- foam ball
- Faux Moss
- Bead Mix
- Green Craft Wire
Additional Materials:
- Flat Nose Pliers or 1-Step Looper
- Wire Cutters or Strong Scissors
- Hot Glue or Strong Craft Glue
Step 1: Design Your Beads
Take a pre-looped wire and choose your beads. String them onto the wire to create a pattern inspired by a string of pearls. Once you’re happy with your design, add beads to the rest of the wire.
Tip: The end without the loop will go into the foam ball, so keep this in mind when creating your pattern.
Step 2: Trim the Wire
Cut off any extra wire. We suggest leaving about ½ inch of un-beaded wire to insert into the foam ball. Try different lengths for a more natural, organic look.
Step 3: Build Your Plant
around with the placement until you’re happy with your design.
Use the included moss to fill the spaces between the beads and cover the foam ball.
Step 4: Enjoy!
Your beaded String of Pearls plant is ready to display.
