| Q: I have a wholesale password and username but the pricing for the
online store is still showing retail prices. How do I get wholesale
pricing? |
| A: Beads cannot currently be purchased at
wholesale prices through the online store. To place a wholesale order,
please visit the Contact Us page to get
in touch with a salesperson. |

| Q: I love your buttons but I can't find anywhere on your site where I
can purchase them. How do I buy your buttons? |
| A: To purchase buttons online, please visit
www.shellysbuttonsandmore.com. Shelly's site is the exclusive online
button retailer for the Dress It Up company. Any wholesale requests
should be directed to a salesperson, who can be contacted through the
methods described on the Contact Us
page. |

| Q: I just placed an online order. When can I expect it to ship? |
| A: Most orders ship within three days. However,
product availability may delay orders up to a week. |

| Q: I am placing an order, but I need it within a few days. I don't see
an option for expedited shipping. Is there a way to receive my order
quicker? |
| A: If you have any special requests, or if you
have an order that is time sensitive, please include this information in
the comments section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate
these requests. |

| Q: I placed an order Friday evening. When can I expect it to ship? |
| A: Orders placed on Friday evening,
Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday morning. Also, any
orders placed after 4:30 PM EST won't be processed until the following
business day. |

| Q: How much is in each pack? |
| A: There are enough beads in a combo pack to
make the same length piece of jewelry that you would by purchasing 2 or
3 strands at a bead store. |

| Q: I currently buy beads by the strand. What is the advantage of
buying a pack of beads? |
| A: With the fashionable Dress It Up assortments,
an actual piece of jewelry can be made. The same is difficult to do with
a strand that will have 30 of the exact same bead. |

| Q: Have I heard of you before? |
| A: Jesse James & Co. has developed a worldwide
reputation with its' Dress It Up philosophy and concept. An expert
design team creates all packs, giving you the hottest and trendiest
styles on the market. The end result: today's fashions, now. You will
not find a better combination of style, quality and value. |

| Q: When I saw a Dress It Up pack in a store, why did it look different
from the one on your site? |
| A: We are constantly updating our products. The
main focal beads and feature beads can change appearance as fresher,
newer styles become available. |

| Q: Who is "Broad Street Beads"? |
| A: Broad Street Beads is Dress It Up's main bead
internet distributor. There will soon be many others. Many retail stores
carry the Dress It Up packs and a sales representative would be happy to
recommend one in your area. However, because of issues such as space,
overstocked items and competitive craft bead products, the complete
Dress It Up line is often not represented in these stores. Our research
has found that the internet is a tremendous sourcing outlet for the
serious beader. Dress It Up has seen much success introducing new
products and selling our complete line through our button distributors
such as Shelly's Buttons
and More and Create for Less. Dress It Up plans to do the same with the
bead line. |

| Q: What kind of beads do you sell? |
| A: Dress It Up's beads are the same beads used
by leading designers and accessory manufacturers. They are bought from
the same factories. The same beads can be found on jewelry in upscale
boutiques and department stores. You will not see these "better beads"
in discount store offerings. |
